078 – Lonely Streets

We’re into week 6 of lockdown (I think) and during that time I haven’t been anywhere near our town centre.

We’re into week 6 of lockdown (I think) and during that time I haven’t been anywhere near our town centre.

As the Wife needed to visit her office I thought it would be fun to spend half an hour wandering the town centre streets as part of my daily exercise (of course).

Although I guessed it would be quiet it still a surprise and slightly surreal to see what is usually a bustling street almost devoid of human life.

I guess in time our world will return to some kind of normality, whatever normal will be… and I’m sure we’ll look back on these strange times with almost the same amazing thoughts we have today on how easily civilised society can be bought to its knees.

I like cars, travel and film photography. Not always in that order!
